Stan has a track record of success in across government contracting and manufacturing industries. While serving as VP of Finance & Accounting at Barbaricum, LLC, he oversaw explosive growth resulting in 3x revenue growth. Similarly during his tenure as Corporate Controller at MAG Aerospace, where he first met RIVA’s SVP of People & Culture Bobby Frazitta, revenue increased from $23M to over $250M. Stan has served in leadership positions at Barbaricum, Camris, and MAG, VACCO, Meggitt PLC, and MacDonald Detwiler.
